Swai Fish with Leek, Lime, Jalopeno, Dill and Italian Parsely Confetti

I wasn’t just hungry… Tonight I was HAWNGREE lol! I had no idea what I was going to cook, I knew this Swai fish would be quick and easy. Clearly I was in the mood to be experimental. I dug through my refrig (and freezer), layered the “confetti” (toppings) and voila!  This shit was bomb too, lol I impressed my own damn self, hmmmph 🙂
